• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, nationality, PPS number where required for CRO filings.
• Company data: proposed company name, directors, secretary, shareholders, beneficial owners, share allocations.
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies (see Cookies below).

3. How we use your data

• To incorporate your Irish company with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
• To deliver the services you have purchased (registered office, company secretary, annual returns, tax registration, etc.).
• To meet legal obligations under the Companies Act 2014, anti-money-laundering rules, and tax legislation.
• To send service-related communications and, with your consent, marketing updates.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract, (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, and (d) your consent where required.

5. Sharing your data

We share personal data with:

• The Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Revenue Commissioners for filings.
• The Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) as required by law.
• Trusted service providers (payment processors, email infrastructure, accountants) acting under strict confidentiality.
• Authorities where legally compelled to do so.

We never sell your data.

We retain client records for at least 6 years to comply with Irish company law, tax law and AML obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
