Change of Directors

When Do You Need This?

A change of directors is required when a new director is being appointed to the company, an existing director is resigning, or the personal details of a director need to be updated on the CRO register.

Requirements

• Every Irish LTD company must have at least one director at all times
• A sole director cannot also be the company secretary
• New directors must provide a PPSN or IPN number
• If no director is EEA-resident, a Non-EEA Director Bond may be required

What We Handle

• Board resolution for the appointment or resignation
• Consent to Act as Director (for new appointments)
• Resignation letter (for outgoing directors)
• Filing of Form B10 with the CRO
• Updating the company's register of directors

Processing Time

The CRO typically processes a change of directors within 5-10 working days from filing. We will confirm once the change has been registered on the public record.
