The €798 Premium package is StartCompany.ie's broadest resident formation package. It combines Irish LTD incorporation with a registered office address, beneficial ownership registration, identity support and selected first-year company-secretarial work.
Premium is designed to reduce the number of separate setup tasks a founder must arrange. This guide explains the current limits as well as the inclusions, because a complete formation package is not the same as unlimited legal, tax or accounting support.
Best fit
Premium fits a resident or EEA-compliant director structure that needs an Irish registered office and wants RBO, IPN, first-return and selected first-year secretarial support bundled with formation.

Registered Office Address Included
The Premium package includes a registered office address listed as worth EUR300. A registered office is the statutory Irish address for CRO correspondence and formal legal notices. It must be a physical location where delivery and permitted inspection can occur.
The registered office is not automatically a trading office, employee workplace, tax establishment or bank-account guarantee. Those concepts should not be treated as interchangeable.
RBO and First Annual Return Included
Premium includes Registration of Beneficial Owners, listed as worth EUR129. Most newly incorporated Irish companies have five months from incorporation to deliver beneficial ownership information to the RBO.
It also includes the first annual return, listed as worth EUR119. That return is made up to the company's first Annual Return Date six months after incorporation and does not include financial statements.
Company Records and First Board Minutes
The package lists a schedule of company officers, director and secretary booklets and minutes of the first directors' meeting. These documents help establish a usable company record rather than leaving the founder with only the incorporation certificate.
Directors remain responsible for reviewing records, approving decisions and keeping company information accurate. Templates and prepared documents do not replace a board's legal duties or advice on a complex transaction.
Included Changes Have Defined Limits
Premium lists four director changes, four share allotments, four share transfers and one company-name change in the first year. These are limits, not an unlimited secretarial subscription.
A share transfer, allotment or name change can have tax, ownership, contract or consent consequences beyond the CRO paperwork. StartCompany.ie's filing support should be coordinated with legal and tax advice where the transaction is not routine.
What Premium Does Not Promise
Premium does not guarantee Revenue registration, VAT approval, a bank account, funding, a company name or a fixed CRO turnaround. It also does not replace bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns or sector-specific licensing.
If no director is EEA-resident and the company requires a Section 137 bond, Premium is not the matching route. Review the Non-Resident package instead.
