Service price

€100

When Do You Need This?

If your company is moving premises, or you wish to change the address where official correspondence is received, you must notify the CRO by filing a Form B2. The registered office is the address on the public register where all legal and statutory documents are sent.

The Process

  • Board resolution approving the change of registered office address
  • Preparation and filing of Form B2 with the CRO
  • Update of company records to reflect the new address
  • Confirmation that the change has been registered

Important Notes

The new registered office must be a physical address in Ireland — PO Box numbers are not accepted. The change takes effect from the date the CRO registers the Form B2. Until that date, documents served at the old address remain validly served.

If you need a professional registered office address, consider our Registered Office Address service which provides a compliant address on an annual basis.
