Formation and the Irish address together
Every Irish company must maintain a registered office in the State. The address is used for CRO correspondence and formal legal notices; it must be a physical location rather than only a post-office box. Premium includes the registered-office service listed in the formation package alongside the incorporation documents. That makes it a practical option when you want the new LTD and its statutory address organised together. The standalone registered-office page is for buyers who already have a company or need the address service separately.

Premium also lists IPN support when required, RBO registration and the first annual return, together with its stated company-record and first-year changes support. Compare those inclusions with what you already have. A paid company secretary appointment is separate, so a sole-director company still needs someone else assigned to that role. If you prefer Basic or Standard with a separate office service, ask us to confirm the combined scope before ordering; the formation checkout alone does not purchase the extra address.

Before publishing the address, confirm the service agreement, the start date and how important correspondence reaches the directors. A registered office is not automatically a warehouse, returns centre, customer meeting room or staffed trading location. For a company with no qualifying EEA-resident director, assess the bond route as well: the Non-Resident package does not list the registered office as an inclusion. We can discuss that combined requirement without presenting a core package price as payment for services it does not contain.

Complete the required signatures, verification and any bond steps. The application goes to the CRO, which decides acceptance and incorporation.

Receive the incorporation documents after approval. Arrange tax registration, banking, records and the agreed post-formation services separately.
Questions before you buy
Which formation package includes the registered office?
Premium includes the registered-office service in its published formation scope. Basic, Standard and Non-Resident do not list it as an inclusion. Confirm the service terms and later renewal costs before ordering.
Can I buy only the address if my company already exists?
Yes, use the standalone registered-office service rather than ordering another incorporation. If an existing company's registered office is changing, confirm responsibility for the CRO change filing and the service start date.
What is included in the formation price?
Every published package includes the core incorporation documents and CRO filing fee. The full inclusions are shown with each package. Registered office, IPN support, RBO registration and the first annual return are not included in every package. A paid secretary appointment and ongoing accounting are separate services.
Can I begin without travelling to Ireland?
You can start the order and supply information remotely. Identity verification, witnessing, signatures or supporting evidence may involve additional steps. We confirm the filing requirements before submission. A bank may apply separate in-person or other verification requirements.
How long does company registration take?
Timing depends on complete documents, identity numbers, any required bond and current CRO processing. Paying for formation is not incorporation. Company names and applications remain subject to CRO approval; we do not guarantee a fixed incorporation date.
Are banking, tax registration or residence rights guaranteed?
No. Incorporation, bank approval, tax registration and personal immigration or work permission are separate. Formation does not guarantee tax savings, an account or permission to live or work in Ireland. Discuss tax-registration support separately if needed.
