No PPSN does not mean no identity check. Tell us about any existing PPSN, IPN or RBO number so the correct filing route can be confirmed before submission.

Choose the package that includes the identity support
Standard and Premium list IPN support where a director has no Irish PPS number. Standard may suit you if the Irish registered office is already arranged; Premium adds the published office and RBO services. Basic does not include the same IPN support. If all directors live outside the EEA, the bond decision is separate from the identity-number decision: contact us to confirm both requirements, because IPN support is not listed in the Non-Resident package. Choose the complete scope rather than assuming one label covers every overseas-founder requirement.

An IPN is issued by the CRO after the VIF process and can be used for relevant CRO and RBO filings. It is not a company tax number or a replacement for every use of a PPSN. CRO guidance says the IPN route is not open to Irish citizens resident in Ireland, who must obtain a PPS number. Someone born in or previously resident in Ireland may already have one. We check the information you provide before preparing the formation; do not request a second identifier simply because an earlier number is not to hand.

The CRO's update effective from midnight on 30 April 2026 says it no longer accepts VIF forms witnessed online. The witness and declarant must be physically in the same room when the form is witnessed and signed. An online formation order does not remove that requirement or include every external witnessing cost. Use the current form and confirm the practical document steps with us before booking. Once the identity requirements are satisfied, the incorporation can proceed with the agreed company details and signatures.

Complete the required signatures, verification and any bond steps. The application goes to the CRO, which decides acceptance and incorporation.

Receive the incorporation documents after approval. Arrange tax registration, banking, records and the agreed post-formation services separately.
Questions before you buy
Does this package get me a PPS number?
No. Standard and Premium list support for the CRO IPN route when it applies. An IPN is not a PPSN, company tax reference, VAT number or immigration permission. Eligibility and any existing identifier must be checked.
Can my VIF be witnessed over a video call?
No. Under the CRO's update effective from midnight on 30 April 2026, the witness and declarant must be physically in the same room when the VIF is witnessed and signed. Confirm the current form and witnessing arrangements before filing.
What is included in the formation price?
Every published package includes the core incorporation documents and CRO filing fee. The full inclusions are shown with each package. Registered office, IPN support, RBO registration and the first annual return are not included in every package. A paid secretary appointment and ongoing accounting are separate services.
Can I begin without travelling to Ireland?
You can start the order and supply information remotely. Identity verification, witnessing, signatures or supporting evidence may involve additional steps. We confirm the filing requirements before submission. A bank may apply separate in-person or other verification requirements.
How long does company registration take?
Timing depends on complete documents, identity numbers, any required bond and current CRO processing. Paying for formation is not incorporation. Company names and applications remain subject to CRO approval; we do not guarantee a fixed incorporation date.
Are banking, tax registration or residence rights guaranteed?
No. Incorporation, bank approval, tax registration and personal immigration or work permission are separate. Formation does not guarantee tax savings, an account or permission to live or work in Ireland. Discuss tax-registration support separately if needed.
